Stable Cottage, Knutsford
For many years the practice has maintained a steady workflow in the residential market.
Amidst our busy workload we continue to provide the full architectural service to those individual clients who seek that
“personal dialogue” for their “one-off” home design.

- Details : A bespoke dwelling designed to be sympathetic to the existing context. The house is designed over three floors and includes a detached double garage.
Cornholme Primary School, Todmorden
To meet the needs of an expanding intake, this scheme was developed to maximise the existing built fabric to accommodate the growing needs of the school with a limited budget.

- Client : Cornholme Primary School.
- Details : Creating a mezzanine structure within the existing roof space of this Victorian primary school, enabled two new classrooms and support facilities to be formed together with an improved circulation and escape from the main body of the building.
RRG Škoda Bolton
We were commissioned by long term motor trade clients the RRG Group to produce a scheme for a new Škoda branded dealership in the heart of Bolton.

- Details : A simple steel framed solution allows a specific manufacturer prescribed layout to fit this tight urban site. The site creates storage and parking facilities without compromising the display requirements. An open nature to the site development is softened with indigenous subtle landscaping.
Grafton Street MSCP, Manchester
Developing an initial design concept to meet the needs and requirements of a major client group for this key urban site within the health campus to a successful completion.

- Client : Central Manchester University Hospitals.
- Details : A complete city centre site re-development which includes the extension of the parking capacity from some 570 to 1,770 spaces, constructed in pre-cast concrete.
Gateway S/Station, Crewe
Pulmann Associates have designed for the petrol industry for over 30 years and this is the seventeenth site they have designed for The Kay Group.

- Client : The Kay Group (UK) Ltd.
- Details : The structure was a clear span steel frame with silver cladding panels to allow ease of sub division. The construction is of a top class standard and is extremely energy efficient. Extensive site works included landscaped gardens and ample parking for both shop and forecourt customers. There is a five bay car wash zone along with, two car valeting bays and electric vehicle charging point.
SAS Daniel's Solicitors, Stockport
We were commissioned to produce a bespoke Headquarters for SAS Daniel's Solicitors.

- Details : Planned on four levels, the design provides some 14,000 square feet of bespoke office space with “traditional” elevations incorporating facing brickwork, stone features, slate roof, and glazed entrance atrium with tubular steel canopy. All built around an economic steel frame and lightweight concrete deck floor plate.
